Joined X-Lubes in January 2002 as President from Bear Stearns International Limited (1992-2004) where he worked as a Senior Managing Director responsible for the European Equity Options franchise. He has a B.S. in Accounting from Northern Michigan University and a M.B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University.

Benjamin M. DeKoven, Ph.D

Ben has continued on the Board of Directors since January 2008.  Ben has served as V.P. / Chief Technical Officer (2006-2007) and Chief Technical consultant (2002-2006).  From 1997-2006 Ben was the Chief Scientist at Intevac focused on both process and engineering development.   Prior to Intevac, he worked as the Principal Engineer and Manager of Interface Process Technology at MMC Technology (2000).  Prior to Intevac and MMC Technology he was at the Dow Chemical Company (1984 to 1997).  He was a Research Leader in surface and interface technology.  He has a B.S. in chemistry from the University of Cincinnati and a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the University of Chicago.
